Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid. I came here because of the high ratings. Big mistake. Three staff members, and every single one was rude, unhelpful, and impossible to deal with. I asked to taste a flavor, which almost every gelato shop allows. They gave me one, and honestly it wasn't even good. I only planned to buy because I'd already tried something. When I asked to taste a second flavor, I was told very rudely that only one taste is allowed. Ordering was a mess. The staff kept insisting the small single-flavor cup was "for kids, not adults," even though I never asked about it. Nobody could clearly explain that the regular size allows two flavors at the same price. When I finally understood and asked to taste the second flavor before choosing, they flatly refused. Another staff member then came out and told me that letting me taste anything was just "doing me a favor." That's how they talk to paying customers. It got worse. The server offered to take some pistachio back out so I could add a second flavor, and I was ready to pay. A third staff member stormed out, stopped him, and claimed it would "contaminate" the gelato underneath. Complete nonsense. After that they simply didn't want to serve me. I stood there watching my gelato melt on the counter while they treated me like a problem, so I walked out. Mediocre gelato, hostile staff, zero customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. To the owner, if you're reading this: you should seriously consider replacing these staffs. They are driving customers away.
